All orders will be shipped via tracked parcel once payment clears, and it can take 2-3 days for your order to arrive. Please allow an extra 2 days for rural delivery.
At feather the nest, we want you to love our products just as much as we do. If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return unwashed and unused items in their original condition, within 7 days of purchase. You will need to cover the return tracked shipping cost.
Should you wish to exchange an item abiding by the terms above, the return tracked postage cost and also the cost to send out the new item/s are payable by the purchaser.
Please note all sale purchases are final and not available for return or exchange unless faulty.
If a product has a manufacturers fault, or has arrived damaged, please contact us and we will be happy to honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

If you would like to cancel an order that you've made, please contact us as soon as you can. Unfortunately if your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel your order, however if you notify us immediately after you've ordered, then we will do our best to ensure that the order is cancelled.
